[Alex listens to the post with a growing sense of dread. Many of those Megamind conversed with were those that Alex himself knew so this wouldn't be good.

Sure enough, just a response or two in has him feeling sick and he sits silently for several minutes.

He's at a loss. He's angry. He's hurt.

Bryn's been there for him from day one. She was one of the only people here that lived through what he did, even if she didn't suffer shift changing at the moon's pull. She's been one of his closest friends during the past year.

In the end, his voice is soft as he deflates, but the hurt is certainly discernible in his tone.]

Bryn wouldn't want you to get yourself punished in her name... if you knew her at all, you know that.

You know what... [He snaps off, raising a hand to pinch the bridge of his nose.] Fine. I won't presume that. What I know is that I ran with Bryn in her human and inhuman forms and she was one of my closest friends for the past year.

I won't presume that I knew her as well as you did, but you shouldn't presume that you're the only one hurt.

[The last ends in an inhuman snarl before he slams his journal shut and flings it across his room.]
